Beagle Hardware Return Policy
Standard
Product Return

You can return product within 30 days of the
purchase date. After 30 days the product may be covered by
warranty.

A returned merchandise authorization (RMA)
number must be issued for all returns. See below on how to contact
us to obtain an RMA number.

A restock fee will be charged on all
incomplete product returns which Beagle Hardware can make factory
complete.
Products Beagle Hardware will not accept for
return:

For new products:
-
New products that have been used
beyond setup.

Original box is missing, damaged, or
original box is defaced with writing or markings.

Product is missing packaging,
manuals, or other components.

For refurbished products:
-
Products not purchased from Beagle
Hardware.

Product that has been altered or abused.
-
Serial numbers that do not match the
referenced invoice.
-
RMA’s issued over 30 days prior to
receipt.

Special Orders
Defective or Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product Returns
-
DOA product is defined as a product that
failed to perform right out of the box.

DOA products should be returned within 30
days of invoice. Defective new products older than 30 days
are covered by the product warranty.

Damaged In Transit
-
Damaged goods must first be inspected at
destination by the freight carrier.
-
Claims for goods damaged in transit must be
received within 10 calendar days of shipment.

Claims are handled between Beagle Hardware
and the carrier, outside of normal RMA procedure.
Shipping Errors
-
An RMA number will be given to the customer
immediately upon notifying us of the error.

Beagle Hardware will provide for return
shipping

Credit will be given when product is
received in original boxes unopened with all packaging, materials
and accessories.

Credit will be issued only for returned
items which reference an RMA number.

Refused shipments must be reported to Beagle
Hardware within 2 days of refusal.
Returns Process

An RMA number will be issued by email after
we have confirmed the product to be returned meets all return
requirements.

When returning product, place RMA number on
packing slip & shipping label only. Do not write RMA number on
boxes.

Product must be returned in its original
packaging including all accessories, bags, and manuals. Use a shell
or outer box to avoid damage in transit. Don't place an item in a
box without proper cushioning!

Product must arrive at Beagle Hardware
within 14 days of the RMA being issued.

Items received outside of stated timeframe
or in unacceptable condition will not be credited and will be
returned to sender.
-
All product returns should be insured and
sent via a carrier that provides on-line tracking.

If product is returned it will be shipped at
customer expense, unless defective or damaged.
